Love your farm girl she is adorable. I was born in Idaho and lived the for four years, one of the houses was a farmhouse. We had about 8 heifers and a root cellar does that count?
I love this farm scene! By the way, I think Leo, Indiana is north of Ft. Wayne in the Amish country. I live in Indianapolis. You will not see so much rain, but a lot more snow! Do you or your husband have family in that area?
Deann I am happy to hear you lived in Idaho. It has changed drastically! California is taking over and much of the farm land is now under housing development. Makes me so sad. It is a big city now.
Bev, Yes my youngest son and his family live in Fort Wayne. He wants us to move out there where there isn't so much rain as the moisture has caused many health issues with my husband. At least there are four seasons there and yes I am ready for the snow.
Yes the Amish are all around the city both Leo and Fort Wayne and they have their own community that I have forgotten the name of but when I visited we went there for lunch. Very talented people. I look forward to living near them.
