Why the Rooster?
That is my husband's nickname.
The bone marrow biopsy was done today and all went smooth with hardly any pain. It only took about 30 minutes. They make a small incision on the back near the tail bone. Then they make a small hole in the bone and draw out a small piece of bone marrow to be tested. He only has a large size band-aid covering the biopsy area. He must lie flat with pressure on that area for 24 hours and of course watch for any bleeding. We are home and resting and will have the results of the biopsy on Tuesday (hopefully).
Rooster said he felt the needle but nothing after that.
Thanks to all of you that left comments of support through this ordeal.
I will keep you all posted. Please continue praying for us.
Hugs and God Bless you all
