STICKY FINGERS

Today I made these 4 mixed media ATC's. It has been awhile since I got out my glue, glitter, scissors and embellishments to make a collage on an Artist Trading Card. I forgot just how messy it is. My fingers were sticky, I had scraps of paper everywhere and I forgot you have to wait for the glue and glitter to dry before you can put them in cello sleeves to send off to your swap partners.

I must say Photoshop spoiled me but I still enjoy doing it this way from time to time.

I am thinking of having an ATC swap soon. Hope you can join me :)

Happy Creating (which ever way you do it)

I too go back and forth from Photoshop to cut and paste. They are both fun mediums and it's good to keep up your skills on both. These are really beautiful ATC's! My husband and I just did a road trip to Portland and I drove back to California along the the coast through Coos Bay. What a beautiful coastline you have!

If you do, count me in! I don't remember the last time I participated in a swap, but I do remember my partner never sent me anything :( Anyway, since I don't photoshop, I would love to do this!!

Hi Patti
Pretty...pretty...pretty. Nice that you have your choice of 2 ways to do them...I think you do a great job with this method even if you do get sticky fingers.

I hope you have been having a wonderful summer...and having fun!

I like the butterflies on the card that you sent to Penny, and the background almost has a woven look. Very pretty.
I read the post about "Old Dear," and what a dear story it is.
