A BIKER CHICK NECKLACE??

I personally like this piece. It was created by my friend Brenda of Salzano's Design and Decor.
She is a member of our O.C.E.A.N. Team and she was telling me about this piece and how she thought it looked like a biker necklace. Well sort of, maybe but I find it unique . I love the metal words in the middle on both sides Hot.....Hot ! Love it!!

I wanted to share it and get some of my friends opinions. You see, Brenda has some of her pieces in a kiosk at the Las Vegas Airport and her pieces are upscale so she is a bit shy in putting this in that kiosk.

So what do you think? I personally think it is upscale unique and wonderful !!!

Hey, I bet there are some upscale biker chicks out there Brenda.

Good Job Brenda!

MOVE THAT BUS !!!!

In a post a couple of months ago I had an Extreme Make Over Challenge to make over a couple of my first collages. I had 4 participants. Those participants have made over both collages and they did a superb job !

First Both collages went to Bevie Sams of He Lives. It then went to Brenda Salzano of Save The Artist Hand Made! She passed it on to Nadine Allen of Nadine and Kathleen (Beautiful Unsual Custom Cards)
Lastly it went to Kathleen Bush who put the finishing touches. She is Kathleen of Nadine and Kathleen.

This is the results and I am so pleased !!

MOVE THAT BUS !!!!!

This photo does not do this collage justice. The colors are much bluer and the whites are much whiter.

These collages will be up for sale in my Etsy Shop for $35.00 each with the proceeds going to our local animal shelter here in Coos Bay. You can read about our local shelter and see some of the animals there that are waiting for a home through a blog hosted by Brenda Salzano of Our Pets behind Bars. Go check these animals out and then go to my Etsy Shop at My Etsy Shop and if you so desire purchase one of these collages. They would look great in a frame which will be offered as well.

Thanks to all of the participants, this means alot to me and to the Coos Bay Animal Shelter.

HUGS TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

A LITTLE WEIRD

I have been experimenting again with filters and cut and paste and backgrounds. This is kind of weird but I kind of like it. It will make a good ATC

GOOD NEWS & A NEW COLLAGE

Well it has been a week since I had to call the animal control officer. She came and put a warning on our neighbors door about the pit bull puppies. He told me that if things did not change he would fine the owner and if there was nothing done then she would have to file a civil complaint in our honor.

I saw Maylee on Sunday afternoon but she stayed close to her house and she wasn't out for more than an hour. I did see the black puppy but he was staying near the owner of the house.

Today the owner of the black puppy and her Father moved out. There were two Fathers and two daughters living there. This makes me wonder if it had something to do with the black puppy because this man's daughter is the owner of this pup and it is the one that never had tags or a collar and was left alone to run all over the neighborhood with a rope tied around his little neck which by the way the office saw this when she came out to give the warning. She said the puppy was about a mile up the road when she came in.

I think the young girl that owns Maylee cares because since my talk with her and the warning the puppy is being kept from running loose.

This is good news. I am happy Maylee's Mommy loves her enough to be responsible. I fear for the future of the little black pup but I am glad he is not living in my neighborhood any longer.

Thanks for all you input, it helped me make a hard decision but I think it turned out for the best.

I almost forgot to show you my new collage. I call it
"She sees the Light"
